We heard about it first from a marketing promotion. The connection with
the Cherokee Indians was an immediate and intense draw. Then we saw
pictures and talked to Tom about his vision. We were entranced.
Finally, the prospect of owning affordable property on a beautiful
river, with the prospect of nature walks and fly fishing right outside
our door was so exciting we bought before we even had a chance to see
the property in person. And are we glad we did. When we finally got to
Telliquah it was everything we expected and more. The river is
beautiful and peaceful; the people are incredibly friendly; the area is
remote feeling but within distance of all essentials; and there is
gourmet dining a short stroll away. We are thrilled that we purchased
when we did and look forward to making this our permanent home sometime
in the future.”
